Junior Camp
Ages 8-12

Where will you live?

In Junior Camp, you will live in one of the Pineside Cabins. Each Cabin has 2 counselors, 1 CIT (Counselor in Training), and up to 9 campers. All the cabins at camp have electricity and are located near a centralized bathhouse with hot water and showers!

Will you be in the same cabin as your friend(s) or other family members?

YES! As long as they are between the ages of 8-12, the same gender, and you request to be with your friend on your registration form, then it is not an issue to be in the same cabin as your friend(s) or family members coming to camp!

What will you do?

In the morning, you have 3 activities, and each period you will choose one of 2 options to go to. For example, for your first period class you might have to choose between nature and sports. You pick the option that you like the best!

In the afternoon, you participate in 2 choice periods, rest hour, and 2 periods of free time.

All of our programs are listed below...

How about at night?

Night time is the best at Camp Middlesex! After dinner is Evening Program, which is a wacky and fun event for everyone! Click on the Themes & Events Link to find out what programs are scheduled.

Every Wednesday night the whole camp walks to Ashby Common to watch the band concert while on Thursday nights the camp always has a dance!

Every Sunday night is Sticks n' Skits, where each cabin puts on a skit!
